1. It is said on behalf of the accused-petitioner that he is absolutely innocent and has been falsely entangled with the offence alleged. Although after completion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted by the prosecuting agency but nothing has been seized from the possession of the present petitioner. Moreover, he is in custody for one year and six months and as such further detention of the accusedpetitioner may not be required.

2. Learned advocate for the State raises objection by submitting that this accused petitioner is Bangladeshi national and no document was produced to show that he is a citizen of this country.

3. This court has consulted the materials placed at the time of hearing. It appears that the prima facie allegation against this accused-petitioner cannot be ruled out at this stage. Considering the materials on record and the involvement of the accused-petitioner in the offence I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail

4. According prayer for bail is rejected.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

6. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
