By such judgment and order, we affirmed the order under appeal.

In view of the ratio laid down in 2023 SCC OnLine Cal 1152 (Sailesh Kumar vs. Smitha R., IAS & Anr.), contempt petition is, therefore, not maintainable before us.

Consequently, we dispose of the contempt petition by keeping all points raised by the parties open to be adjudicated upon before the appropriate forum.

CPAN 951 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly.
