Reports dated 19.07.2022 prepared by the Officer-inCharge, Purba Jadavpur Police Station as well as the concerned officer of Rabindra Sarobar Police Station relating to Purba Jadavpur Police Station Case No. 93 of 2014 dated 04.06.2014 has been submitted by Mr. Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept on record. The explanations given by the Officer-in-Charge and the Investigating Officer of the case are found to be just and sufficient and are accepted.
Report reflects that trial of the case has already concluded and an appeal in connection with the same is pending before the jurisdictional court. Having regard to the same, the present application for bail is infructuous.
Accordingly, the application for bail, being CRM 4026 of 2017, is dismissed as infructuous.
The Officer-in-Charge, Purba Jadavpur Police Station and the Investigating Officer of the case are present in Court. Their further appearance before this Court is dispensed with. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
