Petitioner has approached this Court as she was dissatisfied with the investigation of Daulatabad P.S. Case No.362 of 2024 as well as the threats at the behest of the private respondents.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

As charge-sheet has already been submitted, a jurisdictional court is already in seisin of the issue. In case the petitioner feels insecure at the behest of the private respondents, petitioner will take out an application before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

Learned jurisdictional Magistrate would call for a report from the concerned investigating agency in respect of threat perception of the present petitioner who has set the law into motion and thereafter pass necessary directions under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2018. Police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. However, the petitioner at this stage, do not intend to pursue the prayers so far as change of the investigating officer is concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 12382 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
