1. In the order dated 17th July 2023, inadvertently the Court which has been referred is as "Learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta". The Court which should have been referred to in the background of the application is "Learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta".

2. Accordingly, all references made in respect of the Court in seisin of the matter in the order dated 17th July 2023 would be "Learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate".

3. This may be treated as a part and parcel of the original order dated 17th July 2023.

4. Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections in the order dated 17th July 2023.
