Santra .. for the State Ms. Reshmi Khatun ... for the o.p. no.2 The report submitted by Ms. Santra, ld. advocate for the State, be kept with the record.

The report encloses the statement as well as the communication made by Ms. Basanti Dey/o.p. no.2, wherein she has categorically stated that she do not intend to pursue Liluah P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023 dated 10.2.2023 under sections 498A/325 of the IPC.

I find from the statement that the couple are residing together and, as such, further continuation of the proceedings may have a deterrent effect so far as the family is concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1900 of 2023 is allowed.
