Mr. Sk. Imtiaj Uddin, learned advocate led by Mr. Ekramul Bari, learned counsel appears for the petitioner submits that the order has not yet been complied with.
From the report of the learned Deputy Registrar (Writ) dated March 4, 2022 it appears that Rule was issued and served upon the alleged contemnor. On the returnable date on June 22, 2016 the alleged contemnor had recorded his personal appearance before the learned Registrar General. As submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the previous contemnor is no more available in the post and the new incumbent had joined, leave is granted to add the said new incumbent as an alleged contemnor in the proceeding. The petitioner shall serve a copy of the application upon the new incumbent and file an affidavit of service.
However, this order will not prevent the alleged contemnors to comply with the order passed by this Court on June 4, 2015.
It is expected that the direction of this Court shall be complied with and necessary compliance report may be filed on the adjourned day.
The contempt application shall appear on July 15, under the heading ("For Disposal (Contempt Application".
