1. Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners. No accommodation is sought for.

2. This case pertains to the year 2018. The revisional application has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of the proceeding being Complaint Case No. C782 of 2016 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, 3rd Court, Asansol, Paschim Burdwan under Sections 323/448/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and all orders passed therein.

3. In spite of pendency of the matter for a long time, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners. It seems petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the matter.

4. Accordingly, CRR 1785 of 2018 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. In view of dismissal of the revisional application, connected application being CRAN 1 of 2019 (Old No. CRAN 1051 of 2019) is also disposed of.

6. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below for due compliance.
