Learned advocate appearing for the Electricity Company submits that the application for new electricity connection was considered and it was found that the petitioner was indulging in splitting of the load. He submits that, there are at least one other person enjoying electricity supply in respect of the same establishment.

Since there is a provision of the petitioner to approach the Ombudsman, interference of the Writ Court, at this stage, is not called for.

Accordingly, the writ application being WPA 13073 of 2021 is disposed of.
