It also appears that previously matter was taken up on 6th February, 2023 when on the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner adjournment was granted.

However, State respondents are represented by learned advocate.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
