By an order dated 20.6.2016, this court was pleased to order that upon depositing a sum of Rs. 3.50 lakhs within a period of four weeks from date, the impugned order shall remain stayed for a period of twelve weeks from date or until further order, whichever is earlier. Since then the petitioner is not represented. I have sufficient reason to believe that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the present application.

Let CO 1981 of 2016 be dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
