In re:- CRAN 1 of 2025 This is an application filed by the petitioner wherein he has prayed for relaxation of bail imposed by this Court vide order dated 5th June, 2025.

A report dated 17th August, 2025 submitted by the State discloses that the present petitioner attended the Airport Police Station in terms of the said order.

In such view of the matter, the order dated 5th June, 2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall report Officer-

in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a month instead of once in a week until further order. CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
