The Criminal Revision No. 28 of 2021 is pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Redesignated) Court, Bankura wherein the subject-matter relates to a proceeding under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure arising out of M.P. Case No. 68 of 2021. The grievance of the present petitioner who is the respondent in the revisional application is that the revisional application is pending for about two years and the petitioner is without any remedy.

Without going into the merits of the revisional application, I direct the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Redesignated) Court, Bankura to dispose of the revisional application within two months from the next date so fixed preferably by 30.11.2023.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1901 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
