In apprehension of arrest, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chakdaha Police Station Case No. 04 of 2021 dated 3.1.2021 under Section 326/307/34 IPC.
It is submitted by learned Advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner is no way involved in the case.
Learned Advocate for the State invites our attention to the statement of the injured and other materials on record in the Case Diary. Having regard to the stage of the investigation and the nature of the offence alleged and bearing in mind the statement of the injured, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
Accordingly, the application being C.R.M. 5450 of 2021 is rejected and dismissed.
