The petitioner has filed one representation in respect of his pension to the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Purba Medinipur. The representation is dated 08.04.2022.

This representation has not been looked into by the D. I. I direct the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Purba Medinipur to consider the matter after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also to the school within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two weeks thereafter and to communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
