Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

In continuation and pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 7th August, 2023, by which Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate was asked to take appropriate instruction in the matter, he submits that if petitioner makes a fresh application for registration by upholding the same with either electricity bill or property tax receipt in the name of the landlord and the tenancy agreement, registration will be granted to the petitioner subject to verification of those documents, within seven days from the date of making such application. Petitioner shall not be made liable for any penal consequence for the period during which, petitioner's earlier application could not be

considered due to snag in the portal of the department.

With this observation, this writ petition being WPA 12410 of 2023 is disposed of.
