The petitioner made one representation to the Sub-Inspector of Schools on 19.04.2022 regarding her pensionary benefits. She also wrote to the Chairman, Purba Medinipur, D.P.S.C on the same date regarding the same question which has not been considered as yet.

I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to consider the representation given by the petitioner to the Sub-Inspector of Schools which is at page 30 (being Annexure 'P-7') within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also to the school and to pass a reasoned and

speaking order within a period of two weeks after hearing and to communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
