1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. Petitioner is stated to be the mother of the principal accused who has already been enlarged on regular bail.

3. Considerable materials have been placed by the learned Counsel for the parties including statements of the witnesses and the statement of a nine year old son of the victim.

4. The investigation is stated to have progressed substantially.

5. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, nature of allegations against the petitioner and substantial progress in investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail in the event of her arrest by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in connection with Joypur Police Station Case No.86 of 2023 dated 14.04.2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer within three weeks from today along with the server copy/certified copy of the order.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.
