Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Statement of witnesses including contemporaneous documents, namely, seizure memo show recovery of 40 thousand YABBA tablets from the joint possession of the petitioners and co accused.

Having considered the materials on record and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
