Mr. Pappu Adhikari, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that this application has become infructuous inasmuch as the parties have dissolved their marriage by mutual consent.

Mr. Adhikari hands over a photocopy of the order dissolving the marriage of the parties which is taken on record. CO 2011 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the party subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
