Banerjee ...for the respondent no.6 Mr. Uday Sankar Chattopadhyay, Mr. Santanu Maji, Ms. Trisha Rakshit ...for the respondent no.8 The petitioner is aggrieved that the Belghoria Police Station, Kolkata, has only made a G.D. Entry in respect of a complaint dated June 20. 2022, filed by the petitioner against the private respondent.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and having carefully considered the complaint, this Court is of the view that the disputes between the petitioner and the private respondent are purely civil in nature.

Counsel for the private respondent no.8 submits that his client is being harassed by the Belghoria Police Station, Kolkata on every evening.

The parties may agitate their civil dispute before an appropriate civil Court. The Belghoria Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the locale and the petitioner in any way harassed by the private respondent.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
