By this writ petition, the writ petitioner prayed for an order upon the concerned respondents to allow him to appear in B.Com (Hons.), Part-I examination scheduled to be held in 2008.

It appears that by efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of, however, without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
