Learned counsel for the petitioner makes an innocuous prayer that the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) be directed to decide on the representations made in writing by the petitioner vide communications dated May 2 and May 21, 2022 (Annexures- P6 and P7 at pages 30 and 31 of the writ petition).

Accordingly, WPA No. 11787 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4, the Station Manager, Polba, to decide on the representations of the petitioner, as indicated above, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a fortnight from date, upon giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
