Seeking a direction upon the concerned respondent to conclude the selection process initiated for the post of Assistant Teacher in the primary school in North 24 Parganas in 2006, the present writ petition was preferred. I am of the view that with the passage of time the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the same is disposed of without any order.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
