1. The writ petition is ex facie not maintainable in its present form and in view of the array of reliefs sought.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner seeks to bring in certain other documents and to rectify the errors in the writ petition. However, the way the writ petition has been framed, an amendment to cure the same would not be maintainable and extremely cumbersome.

3. Accordingly, WPA No. 12428 of 2023 is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh with appropriate prayers and in appropriate format.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
