Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police complaint emanates out of a civil dispute. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that there are materials to suggest that the petitioner was dealing with the members of the public and was cheating such members of the public also.

Considering the facts of the present case and considering the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 5498 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
