The grievance of the petitioner is directed against alleged violation of an order dated October 5, 2024. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding a categorical direction to make payment in terms of the said order, the respondent authorities have deliberately and intentionally failed to comply with the same. Subsequently, being aggrieved with the order dated October 5, 2024, the State respondent had also preferred an appeal being FMA 109 of 2025, which was dismissed on March 27, 2025.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite the order dated March 27, 2025, extending the time to make payment, the State respondents have failed to make any payment.

In view of the prima facie deliberate and intentional disobedience of the orders and the casual and indolent attitude of the alleged contemnors, the Legal Officer, Mr. Santanu Roy Chowdhury, is directed to be present personally in Court on May 8, 2025 at 10.30 a.m. Let this matter appear on May 8, 2025.
