1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report showing fracture of Ulna (shaft) and the statement of the injured victim showing the present petitioner as the main culprit, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
