In this contempt application filed by the petitioners, the wilful inaction by the alleged contemnors, to comply with the directions of the Court vide order dated March 14, 2022 in WPA no. 3929 of 2022, has been challenged.

It is submitted today by the petitioners that the order as above has already been complied with by the alleged contemnors, during pendency of the present contempt petition.

Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned counsel is appearing for the alleged contemnor no. 1 and Mr. Pantu Deb

Roy, learned Additional Government Pleader is representing for the alleged contemnor nos. 2 and 3. 5.

In view of the fact that the order of the Court dated March 14, 2022 in WPA no. 3929 of 2022 has been already complied with, there remains no further issue left in this contempt petition, to be adjudicated by the Court.

Hence, the proceedings are dropped.

This contempt petition being CPAN 571 of 2022 in connection with WPA No. 3929 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous.
