Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, I am of the view, that the presence of the representative of the respondents is crucial for an effective adjudication of this writ petition. In view thereof, the petitioner is directed to serve a notice upon the respondents intimating that the matter shall be taken up for further consideration on 3rd April, 2025 and filed affidavit of service on the returnable date.
