Accordingly, the proceedings being G.R. No. 695 of 2013 pending before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia, arising out of Kalyani Police Station Case No. 224/2013 dated 15.05.2013 under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code and all orders passed therein including the order dated 06.02.2019 passed by the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia, is quashed in respect of the petitioner, in view of the settlement via Mediation.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
