On behalf of the authorities of Kolkata Municipal Corporation being the alleged contempnors Ms. Era Ghose, learned advocate appears and submits that the order passed by the coordinate Bench has been complied with. In support of such submission a document relating to annual valuation signed by the authorities of Kolkata Municipal Corporation dated 18th August, 2011 is placed before this Court which is taken on record.

In view of such submission being made on behalf of the authorities of Kolkata Municipal Corporation, the contempt application being CPAN 792 of 2011 stands disposed of and the contempt proceeding is dropped.
