Sounak Bhattacharya, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant with Mr. Pran Gopal Das, learned Advocate-on-record, submits that the appeal contains inadvertent errors which cannot be cured. It is therefore submitted that leave be granted to the appellant to withdraw this appeal.

Accordingly, leave is granted to the appellant to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law, if so advised.

FAT 167 of 2021 stands therefore dismissed as not pressed.

The appellant is permitted to take back the certified copy of the judgement and order under appeal on condition that a true attested copy of the same is substituted in place and stead of the certified copy.
