Yusuf Ali ...... for the petitioner Mr. Ranadeb Sengupta ...... for the State Statement of witnesses including contemporaneous document, namely, seizure memo show recovery of 5.2 litres of codeine mixture from possession of the petitioner. Having considered the materials on record and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
