For the respondent nos. 1 to 5 Mr. Majumder, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners, by placing before this Court a communication dated 2nd January, 2024 written by the petitioners, submits that the petitioners do not want to proceed with the instant writ petition.

Mr. Mishra, learned advocate representing the respondent nos. 1 to 5 does not oppose to such prayer and submits that the grievance of the petitioners has already been met.

Having regard to the aforesaid and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners do not want to proceed with the instant writ petition, let the writ petition along with the connected application be dismissed as withdrawn.

Let the communication dated 2nd January, 2024 written by the petitioners addressed to the petitioners' advocate be retained with the records.
