Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that certain amount has been cleared by the petitioner who has undertaken to clear the entire dues in favour of the opposite party, the matter has become infructuous and the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the matter any further.

In view of the above, the application being CRR 1969 of 2024 has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.

Consequently, CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
