And In Re : Saiyed Murshid Alam @ Bhaba ........ petitioner Mr. S.S.Saha ...... for the petitioner Mr. Sanjay Bardhan Ms. Manisha Sharma ...... for the State Statement of witnesses including contemporaneous document, namely, seizure memo show recovery of 3.9 Kgs of raw opium from the possession of the petitioner. Having considered the materials on record and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
