Having considered that the report is dated 18.12.2025 and the fact that investigation is under process and there are efforts for ascertaining the actual facts, I am of the view that no interference in the order under challenge can be made at this stage. Petitioner, if he is aggrieved, he would approach the jurisdictional court, if fresh circumstances are available to him. Accordingly, CRM(SB) 64 of 2024 is disposed of.
