Since steps have been taken by the Regional Passport Authorities, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

However, the petitioner would be

at liberty to take steps for addressing his grievance(s), if any, before the learned jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13458 of 2024 is disposed of.
