Accordingly authority concerned had to reject the vacancy notification being No. ID 202100246404

dated 13th May, 2024. The steps have been taken to renotify.

Considering the submissions of the parties and considering the written instruction of the authority concerned it appears that notification under challenge has already been cancelled by the authority. Thus the instant writ petition is required to be disposed of as infructuous.

Accordingly the instant writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
