The petitioner's employment process started in the year 2010 and he was employed in the year 2021. He will be superannuated in the year 2023 and therefore he will not be entitled to get any retiral benefits. The petitioner's case is that the pensionary benefits is to be given to him and, therefore, he filed one representation which is at page 15 of the writ application (being Annexure-'P-4').

I direct the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal to consider this matter within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties as he thinks fit and to pass a reasoned order thereafter within a period of two weeks after the date of hearing and communicate the

same immediately thereafter to the petitioner. With this observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
