Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the schemes spoken of by the petitioners do not exist. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the schemes are still in vogue.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are entitled to reliefs under the existing schemes. They are entitled to know what schemes exists and the fate of their applications. In the facts of the present case, the petitioners applied to the respondent no. 4 for grant of reliefs under various schemes. The respondent no. 4 will decide the applications for the petitioners, in accordance with law. In the event, the petitioners are found to be eligible for any relief under any existing scheme,

the respondent no. 4 will proceed to grant the same to the petitioners or such of them as are found entitled, in accordance with law.

The respondent no. 4 will intimate the petitioners whose applications are rejected as to the reasons for such rejection. In the event, no scheme exists as on date as claimed by the petitioners or otherwise, the respondent no. 4 will intimate the petitioners about the same also. It is expected that, the respondent no. 4 will conclude the entire exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. WPA 13090 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
