Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Witnesses state that petitioners who are the in-laws of the victim housewife had administered poison to her. She died due to poisoning.

In view of the aforesaid materials and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
