This is an application wherein the petitioners have prayed for relaxation of the conditions of bail imposed by this Court vide order dated 11th June, 2024, whereby petitioners were directed to report to the Officer-in-Charge, Kaliachak Police Station once in a week until further orders and also not to leave the jurisdiction of the concerned police station.

Report filed by the state discloses that the petitioners have more or less complied the conditions imposed in the said bail order. Having heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the State, the order dated 11th June, 2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall not leave the State of West Bengal without taking permission from the Trial Court and to meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Kaliachak Police Station 'once in a month until further order' instead of 'once in a week until further order'. Other portion of the bail order shall remain unaltered.

The application for relaxation of condition of bail being CRAN of 2024 stands disposed of.
