1) Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2) During course of hearing it has been pointed by the learned advocate representing the State respondents that though as per relevant rules relating to transfer, in the event applicant teacher is an Assistant Teacher, Head of the Institution is required to put signature in the prescribed pro-forma granting 'No Objection' but in the present case, surprisingly President of the Managing Committee of the school where petitioner is presently working has signed on 6th May, 2025.

3) In the writ petition there is no averment disclosing as to why instead of Head of the Institution President of the Managing Committee of the school has signed in the prescribed pro-forma granting 'No Objection' in favour of the petitioner.

4) On posing queries, learned advocate representing the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the writ petition. 5) Hence, writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 6) Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
