This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration/recalling of the order of this Court dated 25th January, 2023 and on perusal of the same, I find the explanation for delay given therein is satisfactory.

Accordingly, this application for condonation of delay is disposed of by allowing the same.

This is an application for restoration/recalling of the order of this Court dated 25th January, 2023, dismissing the writ petition for default. On perusal of the aforesaid application, I find that the reason for non-appearance of the learned advocate for the petitioner at the time of calling the matter on 25th

January, 2023, is satisfactory. Accordingly, this application being CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of by recalling the order dated 25th January, 2023 and restoring the writ petition to its original file and number. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to mention for hearing of the writ petition before the appropriate Bench.
