Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, all other co-accuseds are on bail.
Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the police case is of 2018. The petitioner is absconding since then. There is an added charge of Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner as also the nature of charge, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3020 of 2022 is dismissed.
