Mr. Syed Nurul Arfin Mr. Rahul Singh ....for the petitioner The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical error in the order dated June 11, 2025 insofar as the name of the opposite party and the court where the suit is pending. In the order dated June 11, 2025 the name of the Court was wrongly mentioned as "learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) Asansol" instead of "learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 2nd Court at Asansol".

The cause title be corrected in the manner as indicated hereinafter.

"The Chairman-cum Managing Director, Eastern Coalfields Limited & Anr. vs. Shibdas Mondal." Let such errors be rectified. This order shall form part of the order dated May 11, 2025.
