The petitioner's case is that she has not got the benefit of the Government Circular of 2019 though she opted for it. The petitioner made one representation for such difficulty faced by her to the authorities including the Mission Director and the Joint Secretary to the Government of West Bengal. I direct the said Mission Director to decide the matter sympathetically after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties as he thinks fit within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order by two weeks thereafter and to communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

With this observation and direction this writ
