In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. None appears on behalf of the State.

Petitioner was granted bail on 16.06.2025 wherein certain conditions were imposed.

Having considered that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions as submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner, I direct that the conditions so imposed will be deemed to be waived after the evidence of the victim is completed before the learned trial Court.

With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
